Every year my Inker Stamp Clubs are invited to participate in a 3″ X 3″ Christmas Sampler Swap. The colors used are based off a Christmas Designer Series Paper pack. All the swaps coordinate because of the color scheme no matter if you have traditional or whimsical pieces. This year we used Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper that has Mossy Meadow, Pear Pizzazz, Real Red, and Whisper White colors.
I added a layer of Bronze Brushed Metallic and Pear Pizzazz Cardstock to each swap before placing on piece of Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper.
I cut the center out of my 3 ⅛” X 3 ⅛” Bronze Brushed Metallic Cardstock with the Layering Squares Dies to use on another project. I love this Cardstock so I didn’t want to waste any!
I added Stampin’ Seal on the four sides of the 3 ⅜” X 3 ⅜” Pear Pizazz Cardstock leaving an ⅛” boarder from the edge. I then placed the Bronze Brushed Metallic Cardstock over it. It doesn’t matter if there is sticky exposed in the center since it will get covered.
I added Foam Adhesive Stipes and one Stampin’ Dimensional to the back of the 3″ X 3″ swaps.
I used two 1″ Cardstock guides to space out my Swaps on the background. I placed the four corner pieces, the outside center pieces, then finally the centerpiece. Mount it in a 12″ X 12″ shadow box and voilà a Christmas Samper.
