I did a little prep work to make this card. I removed most of the bottom half of the happy Spring gnome to be able to add the swinging feet and lower body.

I placed a Stampin’ Dimensional in the hole in the body to allow the body to swing back and forth. Made sure the Stampin’ Dimensional on the top half doesn’t touch the lower body.
